Accessible Ticketing & Companion Cards
Accessible tickets are purchased via Ticketmaster using the interactive map or filters (or another authorised ticketing agent for that event). Companion cards entitles a companion to free entry to the venue and are available at the time of purchase via Ticketmaster when purchasing accessible tickets as an 'add-on'. Wheelchair accessible general admission for AFL cannot be reserved and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. General Admission areas are confirmed closer to match day and are available on their relevant event page once confirmed.
Gate 1 Guest Services
Gate 1 Guest Services is open for all major events to assist with accessibility enquiries and cloaking services. Please visit our friendly customer service team for assistance on event day. Located at Level 1, Aisle 3.
Wheelchair Services are available from both Gate 1 & 5 Guest Services.
Mobility Aids
Mobility aids are permitted into the venue and must be stowed safely under your seat and not blocking any access or emergency paths.
For special events where General Admission Standing is applicable, mobility aids (walkers, crutches, wheelchairs, etc) are permitted onto the arena floor. Please head to Level 1, Aisle 30 (Gate 6 internal) for lift access to B2 to access the arena floor ramp.
Mobility aids not required during an event can be cloaked free of charge at Gate 1 or 5 Guest Services (Gate 5 cloaking subject to operation per event).
