How does parking at the stadium work?
On-site car parking is available at Marvel Stadium for events, casual parking, and permanent parking. Patrons wishing to park at Marvel Stadium for events are encouraged to pre-plan their travel and book parking early as limited parking is available.
To pre-book parking, CLICK HERE.
Enter via car park entrances on Bourke Street (A & B) and Wurundjeri Way (D & E). Please note, the car park has a height restriction of 2.1 metres.
For more information, visit the Car Parking page HERE. For car parking enquiries, please contact our Parking Services team via email or (03) 8625 7201.
Accessible car parking is booked via Ubi Park.
- Please note, patrons do not have to indicate via Ubi Park if they need an accessible car-park, but will require a disabled sticker to park in these spaces.
- Please notify car park attendant on Event Day and they will help allocate you to an accessible spot.
Alternatively, disabled patrons can be dropped off at Bourke Street or Harbour Esplanade where there are external lifts from ground to concourse level. Click here to view the Stadium Map.
What do I do if I have General Admission seats (AFL)?
Patrons with General Admission tickets can sit in any of the designated General Admission areas. These seats are on a ‘first-come, best dressed’ basis and are not reserved.
General Admission bays are confirmed the week of the match, with specific information posted on event pages and our social media platforms the morning of the match.
If you are unsure upon arrival at the stadium, please see a customer service staff member or see signage around the stadium.
I want to sit with my friends for AFL but we are in a different area, can I move seats?
Patrons with General Admission tickets may sit together in any designated General Admission areas. Those with different seat numbers with reserved seating tickets cannot change seats.
What can I do if I don’t have a credit or debit card?
Unfortunately Marvel Stadium cannot facilitate any cash payments.
You are welcome to bring your own food (no glass containers) and drinks (non-alcoholic) into the stadium.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Patrons are permitted to bring their own food and beverages. To ensure you don’t bring something that is prohibited, please see our Conditions of Entry.

How does digital ticketing work?
Buying a mobile ticket with Ticketmaster couldn’t be easier. If ‘mobile’ is listed as a delivery option, you will then be able to access your ticket from your Ticketmaster Account once purchase has been completed. To ensure smooth entry, please ensure on arrival that your phone is charged and brightness is turned up.
Tickets are released by Ticketmaster approximately 3 days before the match.
For more information please visit Ticketmaster.
I don't have a mobile phone for digital tickets.
Please contact Ticketmaster prior to event day via their customer support, or visit a ticket box on event day for assistance.
Ticket Boxes are located on the external concourse at Gates 1 & 5 (with the Gate 7 Ticket Box currently closed). Please note that some Ticket Boxes may not be open for all events - refer to relevant event pages for times HERE.
Ticket Boxes are open on event days only, prior to gate opening times.
Box offices remain open until after the main act (concert) or until ¾ time (AFL).
